The Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program is a proud 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young athletes in the Las Vegas community. Our mission is to provide the resources, guidance, and opportunities they need to succeed—both on and off the field.

Founded in 2022, Las Vegas Jr. Raiders was built on the belief that every child deserves a chance to grow, compete, and thrive, regardless of their circumstances. We are especially committed to supporting underprivileged youth, offering them a reputable, inclusive, and inspiring environment to develop their skills, build confidence, and learn life lessons through the game of football.

Our program is powered by a passionate team of volunteers, coaches, and board members who share one goal: to make a lasting difference in the lives of the children we serve. Through dedication, mentorship, and teamwork, we strive to instill values that extend far beyond the game—discipline, respect, resilience, and community pride. Coach Tomas is the Head Coach of the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, bringing leadership, passion, and a deep love for the game to every practice and play. With years of experience and a commitment to excellence, he focuses on developing well-rounded athletes through discipline, teamwork, and fundamental skills. Coach Tomas is dedicated to creating a positive, competitive environment where young players can grow in confidence, character, and football IQ.

COACH RO

Coach Ro is the Head Coach of the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, known for his strong leadership, dedication, and commitment to developing young athletes. With a focus on discipline, teamwork, and personal growth, Coach Ro creates a winning culture both on and off the field. His passion for the game and positive mentorship inspire players to strive for excellence while building character, confidence, and lifelong skills.

COACH ISAIAH

Coach Isaiah is the Defensive Coach for the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, known for his passion, intensity, and commitment to excellence. With a strong focus on discipline, technique, and defensive strategy, Coach Isaiah develops tough, smart, and fundamentally sound players. He’s dedicated to building a strong defensive unit while mentoring young athletes to be leaders both on the field and in everyday life.

COACH ANSON

Coach Anson serves as the Offensive Coach for the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, where he brings strategy, energy, and a deep understanding of the game. Known for his innovative play-calling and emphasis on fundamentals, Coach Anson helps young athletes build confidence, discipline, and football IQ. His leadership on offense empowers players to grow as teammates and competitors both on and off the field.

COACH RICK

Coach Rick is the Running Backs Coach for the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, known for his hands-on coaching style and commitment to developing young athletes. With a focus on speed, agility, and ball control, he helps his players excel at the fundamentals while instilling discipline and teamwork. Coach Rick is passionate about guiding youth both on the field and in life, creating a positive and motivating environment for every athlete.

COACH ANTONIO

Coach Antonio is the Wide Receivers and Defensive Backs Coach for the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program. With a sharp eye for technique and a passion for player development, Coach Antonio specializes in building disciplined, high-performing athletes on both sides of the ball. His commitment to fundamentals, game IQ, and mentorship helps young players excel on the field while growing in confidence and character off of it.

Coach Kapp is the Football Director for the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, where he brings passion, leadership, and over a decade of coaching experience to the field. Known for his commitment to player development and mentorship, Coach Kapp plays a vital role in shaping young athletes both on and off the field. Under his direction, the Jr. Raiders have built a reputation for discipline, teamwork, and competitive excellence. His mission is to foster a positive environment that emphasizes fundamentals, sportsmanship, and personal growth for every player.

Coach Mario serves as the President of the Las Vegas Jr. Raiders Youth Football Program, where he leads with vision, dedication, and a deep commitment to youth development. With a strong focus on community, character-building, and athletic excellence, Coach Mario has been instrumental in growing the Jr. Raiders into one of the premier youth football programs in the region. His leadership ensures that every athlete is given the tools to succeed—both on the field and in life. Kids first is his motto.
